The Magdalene Players Autumn production is Richard James's comedy "whodunnit", A Fete Worse Than Death. In this ensemble cast play we meet TV's Inspector Barney, actor Ray Martin, invited to open the village fete. Unbeknownst to him, infidelity, ambition and marrow envy will lead to one unlucky villager's demise. Now Martin must solve his most difficult case yet, without cameras and without a script! The production will be directed by Alena Vogt. 

Production dates: 12th to 14th October 2023

Social Read-through: Monday 5th June 2023 at 8pm

Auditions date: Thursday 8th June 2023 at 8pm. 

Both the read through and the auditions take place at the St Mary Magdalene Hall on Trinity Road, Wandsworth Common.
